Magnetic Island, August 10-15th 2023 I welcome you to join me for five days and nights of deep rest. The intention of our time together is for us to return home to the place within ourselves that yearns for long, deep, slow, nurturing rest. Our days will be supported with somatic practices and contemplations, nature meditations, chakra dance, deep rest session and delicious fresh chef prepared food....and lots and lots of space.
