Service Description
Every person is unique—how you relate to your body, your environment, and to me is deeply personal. That’s why I take the time to tailor each session to your individual needs, creating a space where healing can unfold at your own pace.** In our sessions, we integrate **Somatic Experiencing (SE)** and **Neuro Affective Touch (NAT)** to help you reconnect with your body’s natural rhythms. SE is a gentle, body-centered approach that helps you become aware of physical activation in the body, guiding you to release tension and restore balance. NAT complements this process by offering safe, nurturing touch that helps your nervous system settle and reconnect with a sense of safety and calm. Together, SE and NAT support the body in processing past experiences and creating lasting shifts in how you feel and relate to yourself. This work is not just about treating symptoms—it’s about creating space for deeper, sustainable healing, allowing you to feel more present, connected, and at ease. I’m here to guide you through this process with patience and compassion, honoring your unique experience every step of the way. Together, we will create a healing path that’s as individual as you are.
Cancellation Policy
Life happens — and I understand that things can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I ask that you please give at least 48 hours' notice. This supports me in offering the space to someone else and honours the time and care I hold around each booking. If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, the full fee will apply, unless it’s due to illness or emergency — in which case, please reach out and we’ll find a way to navigate it together. For group offerings, your place is reserved in a small, limited space. If you’re unable to attend, I appreciate as much notice as possible so the group container remains clear and held. Thank you for your understanding — and for being in respectful relationship with this work.
